We are delighted to be hosting The Sorala Retreat at Voewood — a three-day gathering created to support deep reconnection, energetic alignment and personal transformation.
Led by Marie Reynolds, founder of Marie Reynolds London, this retreat invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and into a slower, more intentional rhythm. Marie will be joined by Ciara Lacey, a registered rebirthing breathwork practitioner, who will guide two dedicated breathwork sessions across the weekend.
Together, they will hold space for a carefully curated programme of energy work, ritual, breath, sound, and reflection — all within the peaceful, creative surroundings of Voewood House in North Norfolk.
This retreat is designed for those ready to let go of what no longer serves them and reconnect with their innate feminine energy, intuition and inner clarity.
What to expect
Across the three days, guests will experience a blend of guided practices and reflective time, including:
Energy alignment and visualisation
Rebirthing breathwork sessions
Sound therapy and energetic rituals
Teachings on energy fields, frequency and emotional wellbeing
Nature connection and intuitive practices
The second day will offer deeper learning and insight, with teachings that explore the unseen energies that influence our emotional and spiritual lives, alongside practical tools to carry forward beyond the retreat.
Learning and reflection are held gently throughout the weekend, allowing space for integration, rest and organic discussion.
the voewood setting
Voewood House is an exquisite and soulful retreat space — an Arts & Crafts house surrounded by woodland and open Norfolk skies. Each bedroom is individually designed, offering warmth, beauty and tranquillity throughout the house.
Accommodation includes a mix of single, twin and double rooms. While each room is unique in size and style, all offer the same sense of calm and comfort that defines Voewood.
Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are invited to select their preferred room type at the time of booking.
Please note: VOEWOOD bedrooms do not have en suite bathrooms (apart from the Green Room).
However, there are bathrooms, showers and loos nearby to every bedroom.
